Booked an oyo in bengaluru - golden inn, shivaji nagar. Checked in by 4 am in the morning in a dead rats stinky room with extremely bad leaky ac which did not well work as well. We had to take the room due to 38 hours of journey which we had taken previously. We checked out of the room by 7 am and complained to the manager in the reception who was extremely harsh to us saying the climate was bad and that's why it stinks (Like really???). He didn't sound concerned about the ac and we demanded a partial payment due to # service and just 3 hours of availing the room. The manager was extremely harsh and we had to pay the full amount for literally nothing.
As a follow up, called and complained about the same to the customer care. Two tickets have been raised and it's been one day and there has been no response. Oyo, am highly disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
