My booking ID is PL7M0858, in Prayagraj. Post 3 days of checkout when I went for payment receipt generation it was just ₹80 in the receipt whereas I made a payment of ₹2469. On continuously calling the help desk and asking for the receipt, they either put me on hold or disconnected the call. Till date haven’t received the proper receipt.
