Worst experience with Oyo rooms you guys have disgusting policies that if we cancel booking within our check-in hours they will not refund our money first of all as customer point of view it's something you fooling customer and second thing when we called to customer care people Mr bikram Singh was the person who was talking and he was completely useless, disrespectful, and not at all helpful he was just cribbing with his words and not all listening to our concern it was our mistake we choose Oyo rooms, cancellation price can be 20%, 30%, 40, % not 100% have some sense when you make policies for your company think about customer point of view also I am a student for me wasting my 1300 for no reason is a big deal, booking was done on my friends name, never going to visit.
