[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — fraud oyo incharge, booking id: bdpi8506

When i reached at that hotel, they asked me to pay the amount in cash, i told them i can pay online. But he told me that he accepts cash only. I paid them cash. They showed me some rooms, after selecting a room when i said i would like to stay in the room no 205, they said its not for oyo rooms, its seperate. There will be extra charges for that room. Then they gave me an untidy room, bed with dirty bedsheets and torn pillow covers, tv without cable connection. When asked to change the bedsheet, they denied and said its a new bedsheet that they changed today. After spending few hours when i reached to the reception asking for my rest of the change (As i had to pay 1369/- for 2 days and i paid 2000/- cash) they said the amount has been adjusted for the room. I asked them i booked for the certain amount (1369/-) as there was some discount coupons i already applied while booking. Then they said that my booking is not under oyo. Its the seperate booking that was generated so this is the only amount i'll have to pay. Still somehow i managed to pay the amount (1400/-) according to the oyo booking. Even while checking out they took my phone and took the feedback themselves. I was very much dissappointed with the behavior of that oyo incharge. Please take some action. He might have done a lot of frauds with the other customers.

Worst experience with Oyo rooms you guys have disgusting policies that if we cancel booking within our check-in hours they will not refund our money first of all as customer point of view it's something you fooling customer and second thing when we called to customer care people Mr bikram Singh was the person who was talking and he was completely useless, disrespectful, and not at all helpful he was just cribbing with his words and not all listening to our concern it was our mistake we choose Oyo rooms, cancellation price can be 20%, 30%, 40, % not 100% have some sense when you make policies for your company think about customer point of view also I am a student for me wasting my 1300 for no reason is a big deal, booking was done on my friends name, never going to visit.
