I was booking a Hotel in Katra through website. Just before the payment, I got a better rate in another website.Within 5 mins, Oyo telecaller calls and asks the reason for not confirming the room. I said i am booking a Deleuxe category room @ Rs.11, 000 from other website where as, Oyo is giving the same category at Rs11800. That guy, name Bharat Bhushan, asked me to hold the line so that he can check if any discounts are there. He then said he is giving me same category room at Rs.10001. I confirmed with him that if it is the same category and he replied yes to it. I asked him to send the mail and i will confirm the booking. In the mail, he did not mention the category of the room and i got bit suspicious. Immediately i called their customer care no. and came to know that he had changed the category to Classic, which is lower than Deleuxe. I raised this issue of lies and fraud but still waiting what action is being taken against him. Whenever i called them with the ticket no., they say that their system is slow and ask me to repeat my problem and then say that they are looking on it and their senior will call back. i got a call once but he said if payment was not done, then what is the issue??
