This is very pathetic and disgusting from oyo. Coming to the point booking was made for oyo collection o 77188 corner courtyard and i have selected room for suite 4x which is in a price of 999/- in oyo and a booking id generated QLD34511 app later the room was updated from suite room to deluxe thought i made a mistake and not selected the room which i wanted so i cancelled the booking and again rebooked for same hotel with suite room and the booking id is MVDD7895 and i also made the payment of 999/- and i enroute to the property before that i spoke with one of the oyo executive i requested him for help to navigate to hotel so i successfully reached at the hotel and i shown the booking ID or name the person at the hotel as checked and said there was no booking i was shocked and rechecked again i found that after reaching at the property without my intimation or consent my booking was shifted to other hotel which some far away and the customer support team is very worse of oyo and the people of customer support are like only for making a booking and they are not assisting the customer after booking oyo customer service people are more worse then the people we used to see at the Bus depot the people who ask the passenger for lodging they are far better then this customer service people of oyo after reaching at the hotel i called support team and first person he was pretended like he was not able to hear me while i can hear seamlessly i was shouting on the call he just used his script and disconnected later i called again spoke about 20 to 30 mins and said him to transfer one of the supervisor because he can't shift the hotel or he can't shift the amount to the hotel which i was supposed to get and i asked the person of customer support that who shifted the booking without intimation so he replied that the booking was shifted by the owner then i got to understand that the hotel people are not satisfied or not ready to give me a room for 999/- for suite 4x then why the app given me the offer and confirmed the booking then you have issues of pricing oyo is providing fake offers and pricing in the app and bluffing the customers. So in an emergency and hectic mental situation i made a offline booking with the same hotel collection o 77188 which they have charged me an amount of 1400/- and today the property which was shifted and i don't want with a booking id C2ZV8076 they have marked them self as checked in and amount of 999/- the refund was not initiated it might be a less amount for them but for me single penny is accountable i want my refund of 999/- on the booking C2ZV8076 which i not checked in
