Oyo rooms has not provided me with gst invoice for booking id yhtv1649. They have provided me only with reciept. On 5/march during my checking i called their customer care and informed that i was not able to update gst details through their app. Customer care representative told me that they will update my gst details and provide the tax invoice only after checking out.
I called them on 10 march and i was told that they can not provide gst invoice with my details as i had already checked out. I have recordings of both the conversations.
I request the oyo rooms team to provide me with gst invoice with my details. Was this information helpful? |
