For my current booking at 9380 starr rooms ; receptionist is saying that guest cant enter into the room. They are allowed only at the reception only. Also he is also asking me to show this term in hotel policy that guest are allowed inside the room or not. Also saying that this is my hotel. My hote my rules ; so only my rules will be fillowed
Kindly take this issue seriously & revert me back or take an immediate action for this.
