[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — harassment and mental torture on customers in oyo life

I am one of the tenants in oyolife pg (Nod489 property) we are writing to you to seek an answer to all unfair means your company adopts in distorting money from their customers. Your company is running on very unethical grounds where you dont follow any clauses in your own agreement and all of your employees keep changing their statements as per their convenience.
I moved here in june on a fixed rent of 5800. When i came, as per our rent agreement this was the fixed amount we had to pay every month apart from electricity bill of our individual rooms. Just after 2 months you introduced "cam" charges overnight without any prior intimation or notice at all which would be added to our rent. I dont think it is valid in a pg set to pay for common area. Nowhere in pgs guests pay for common area electricity or facilities provided. The only reason pg is different from a flat is this very thing that it comes inclusive of all facilities. So saddening that i have to explain this minor difference to a ceo. Anyway, moving ahead when we inquired about this "cau/cam" we were informed verbally and in mail through all your executives, managers and bds that this charge would vary from 300-500 only every month. We have ample proof of this how many times it has been said that cam will max go upto 500.
Since a pg of (5800+500) was no more in my budget i paid for the rent+cam of october and same day i put a move out request serving 30 days notice. Now tomorrow is my check out date and today i see on oyolife app, i have to pay 1750 rs. For what? It says cam-1170 and bed charges - 580. Are you serious?? You really have the audacity to loot and over-bill your customers to this extent. I have left your pg and even now you are sending me an unreasonable bill. Is this how you run your business and this is how you value your customers. Every month i am tormented no end and i have to live with this fear that god know how much rent oyo will send this month. Stay in oyolife has been an absolute mental torture. Apart from our regular jobs we have to save time and energy to argue with your managers and bds who keep changing their terms and wordings. Need an answer why this hike in cam from 500 to 1170 when we were promised 500 would be max.
In addition to this, we informed now that there will be 300rs tax from next month.
