I checked into hotel royal park (Behind wtp, jaipur) on 17th sept 2020 and entered my room. While exploring the room, i felt uncomfortable due to stain spots on the wall, female hair on bed, unclean bed sheet and washroom was even worse with spit spots all over. I connected with oyo support team and requested for a room change.in 15 minutes, hotel manager came to address my issue and asked me how many people have you booked for (I didn’t realize his trick to collect my phone). He took my phone, clicked on checkout and gave 5-star rating to his hotel and started threatening me that no issue will be fixed and if i get another call from oyo, i’ll have to throw you out. He got paid for this stay, he got full rating which is absolutely unethical and i’m still at the hotel with a fear after being harassed and feeling unsafe. I came here for work and wifi doesn’t work. My work is compromised and i’m wondering i’ll have no where to go if i raise this complaint since hotel manager has already warned me to throw out.
