We booked a hotel through OYO rooms. The hotel was extremely dirty. I mentioned in different issues on the OYO app as well in the emails about the hotel. The hotel staff was uncooperative and rude, no amenities (but mentioned on their website), unwashed and stained linen, quilt and towels, the ashtray was filled with cigarettes. The reception person didn’t know that Indian Passport holders don’t need Visa to prove their identity (if living outside India) and asked for additional ID to show (after showing Indian passport). We had to cover ourselves with our own towels to make sure that we do not get sick. Also had to come down from the 3rd floor to ask about anything as the hotel staff has completely removed wires from the telephone. The OYO representatives resolved all the issues in the mobile app without actually fixing anything.
As a proof, I have attached pictures We came from so far to have good experience of Taj Mahal and trusted the services provided by OYO and we got in return is nothing except harassment.
