Booked oyo on calangute beach. Dirty dusty wid spider web and previously used amenities. No electricity. Problem persistent from a day before but caretaker didn't inform while checking in. Stayed for 4 hrs somehow n moved to a hotel the same day. Caretaker asked for cash payment. Since 19th may contacting oyo but such a pathetic customer service that finally got a call yesterday with a resolution stating 50% discount. Really?? I wanted my money for the lie and time i wasted and the service that i never used.
