[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel cancellation refund not credited yet

I had a booking at himalayan gateway residency darjeeling, west bengal on 03.11.2018. My booking id was ogul 9437. While i reached the hotel they denied my booking. After consultation with the customer care personnel i had to book other hotel by my own. The oyo personnel assured about my full refund within 7-14 days. But till now i did not receive my refund. Every time i called oyo they simply say due to some technical issue refund is delayed. The customer care no is [protected], and email id is [protected]@oyorooms.com.

Updated by sudipta.wbpdcl Oyo update that refund is not possible. I talk to their customer care, they cannot resolve the issue. Please check it from your end.
