Oyo Rooms — Hotel did not allowed checkin , saying that I paid online

Hello Team,
I am Abhinav Samar, booked an oyo room and paid online (Pre booked) when I arrive to Hotel at 8pm, reception person not allowed checkin saying that I have paid online, they dont accept online payment. I could have to pay in cash to hotel. I tried calling Oyo customer care multiple times, but no one bothered. Few kept my call on hold, few disconnected the call. Since then I am struggling to get my refund Rs.473/-

Requesting you to please take action against this scam/issue.
