[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Hotel manager denied check in. Need my refund.

I book 2 room from calling on oyo service and they provide me a payment link. And told me that thia link will expire in half hour so you have to pay before check in so i did payment. But when i went to hotel, hotel manager denied check in and said he was not able to see booking in his system because of network issue in oyo. I shown him my booking in app and shown him my payment successful message but he said i dont have any room available now and contact oyo. I tried to contact oyo in need help option in my oyo application for selected booking and i told them the whole scenario they told me to wait we are checking and they tried to call hotel manager but they are not able to contact him so they told me to wait and they just putting me on waiting for two hours ... Because of this my money was stucked and me and my family suffered because of this. Till now i didn't get my money. Everytime when i asked about refund then they told me that we are validating your issue and it will take 2 days to validate. I was short on cash because of oyo and you guys spoiled my trip. I need my money back. Following is my booking details:
