A booking was made at Collection O 49874 Plaza Inn with booking ID Y4CX2972 for 2 guests from 22 Sept to 23 Sept. Upon reaching the Hotel, the manager told they were no longer doing business with OYO. I had to further make an offline booking. However, i had already payed an advance amount of Rs. 583 while booking the previous day. Now i am unable raise a query in the need help section for the concerned booking. Relevant screenshots have been attached.
I have been calling on [protected] and everytime their support executive refers me to [protected]. Is this some kind of a joke?
