We stayed in oyo 5545 in guwahati, at the night before check out, the hotel staff in the reception was not at all helpful he even do not understand simple things. I already briefed him about our requirement of stay certificate (As per central gov rule for us), and told him earlier about keeping name of the both guests in the room bill receipt staying in one room (As they have to claim the lodging charges). But just before checkout he harrased us too much about the bill format as well as stay certificate. The restaurant staff in this oyo hotel also did not provide any bill for mineral water purchased on the last day. Overall i would say, oyo should keep more trained and professional staff in their hotels, because when it comes to my comfort during stay i would say the last night before checkout was a nightmare.
