[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel receptionist denied booking even after confirmed

Such a Horrible experience, I have confirmed booking of 1 room 2 adult (CMIG7943) done by calling oyo HELPLINE and for confirmation called hotel receptionist he totally denied the amount which I have confirmed on oyo app and he asked almost double charge and said when I said I have confirmed booking then he denied that booking will not be confirmed in that amount, Then I called CUSTOMER CARE but even after holding my call more than 30 min still not resolved. We were stranded at mid night didn't get any help even from oyo CUSTOMER CARE senior person. Such a Pathetic services by u ###
