We had booked a hotel "oyo 2402 hotel highwinds" shillong for 3 guest (2 adult and 1 infant). Hotel booking id - [protected]. On the name of vishendra singh.
The hotel sevice was terrible. Twice, we asked for drinking water bottles, but they didn't provide it to us. At last, we went by our self to the market and brought the water bottles at 9 pm.
Room service is also terrible. Rooms are dirty, dirty towels in bathroom, restaurant food is tasteless. I called the reception and asked them to change the towels but no one had come to changed them. Finally, we did early checkout.
My issue is that i called oyo on phone number "+[protected]" at 10:21pm on 4th march (I had talked with akash) and informed him about the issues. He said he will talk to the propery person and help to resove the issues. But no one has come to our room and resolved any issues.
