I have booked the hotel (Oyo 10821 sree balaji residency) for one night (6/4/19) booking id znit5413. This booking was confirmed and i have also mentioned clearly that i will be coming late night from airport.
Upon reaching the hotel around 1:15 am the hotel was closed.
I knocked the doors for 15 mins no one opened the doors.
I called customer care twice but the customer care guys were also helpless as no was attending the phone after 20 mins my call was automatically getting disconnected. It was very scary and life threatening as there was no around except dogs barking.
I have to catch a cab to nearby oyo hotel. Luckily the room was available, i have paid much higher price for the room as the date has changed after midnight and cannot give the rate which was available couple of hours earlier and told me to contact oyo for the compensation. Oyo customer care supervisor (Gaurav) told me he is unable to compensate for the inconvenience or the price difference as there is no such policy.
Please help me to get compensation for the inconvenience that has caused to me, cab fare and higher room rate Was this information helpful? |
