Hi i am sonia i have booked a 3 rooms by oyo customer care no at d square on jaipur amer road. I have reached at 3:30am date of 29/12/18 both the receptionist are sleeping i m calling them continuesely after 15 minutes the woke up. Me and my family we went to our rooms there's no drinking water available and no toolkit and our 2 rooms geysers are not working and i have booked with breakfast. I have paid for breakfast also in the morning they people called up nd asking for breakfast but as we all to tired so we tell them to provide after some time they did'nt tell that moment that the breakfast timing is till 10 only i have called them by 10am to send breakfast they denied an the manager is arguing with me and the language of the manager is so bad even abusing too the manager is talking about out our character we are whole family me my husband nd my mom dad. So this whole experience is worst ever. I will never go with oyo forever nd suggest my friends too that its a very bad.
