[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Huge loss in group tour due to oyo | |||
I am a regular and prime partner of oyo in shimla himachal pradesh. More then 10 lacs business i did with oyo till today. A group tour was finalized by our travel agency and i decide to go with oyo for a comfortable, reliable and caring trip. But i got 50000.00/- loss and lots of major problems which make my group tour worst. Due to your team poor communication and wrong decisions i got poor reviews, i got money loss, i lost future business from this group. No responsible person from oyo who take care of group you guys only looking for money and after that you let the traveller at its own responsibility. I know this msg will not effect you more because this became your habit but pls reimburse my loss which you guys did. Was this information helpful? | |||
