[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — I am complaining about customer care services

I have made a booking on oyo rooms yesterday and have payed the whole amount too. Now that i want to get connected to the hotel manager. They deny to do so. They have given me 5 number that are all #. I have been doing this since two # days. And oyo room services cant do a thing. Oyo room customer care services cant do anything. They say they are connecting the call but keep us on hold for freaking 15 mins and then the call gets cut. Are we free here? Is this what you provide to customers?
