I have been complaining about my issue but it hasn't been solved yet. I am supposed to receive the refund amount in between 14 working business days but 14 days are already over. This is such an inconvenience and i want the matter to be handled with some seriousness or else it will be taken to higher grounds. The payment was done through my bank account ([protected]).
