[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — incorrect invoice and improper response

Stayed in oyo flagship 22685 from 17th jan to 18th jan, 2018. While checking out the person sitting in reception had collected invoice for rs 4661/ - and said that their counter operates paperless and all invoice are delivered online from oyo. Later, received an invoice for rs 4163/- online. When questioned first said it has happened because of error, which they will rectify and resend the invoice. When there was no response for 4 days, reconnected again on 22nd jan 2018 and in a surprise it is being answered as the issue is between property and me, so oyo cannot do anything and that to be sorted out with property only. All these days i was waiting for invoice to claim in office and its a shocking reply from customer care of oyo that i have to deal personally with property. When trying to call, keeping on hold for hours and disconnecting abruptly
