Stayed in oyo flagship 22685 from 17th jan to 18th jan, 2018. While checking out the person sitting in reception had collected invoice for rs 4661/ - and said that their counter operates paperless and all invoice are delivered online from oyo. Later, received an invoice for rs 4163/- online. When questioned first said it has happened because of error, which they will rectify and resend the invoice. When there was no response for 4 days, reconnected again on 22nd jan 2018 and in a surprise it is being answered as the issue is between property and me, so oyo cannot do anything and that to be sorted out with property only. All these days i was waiting for invoice to claim in office and its a shocking reply from customer care of oyo that i have to deal personally with property.
