I have madr a booking by calling your customer executive, whi made a fake promise that i can make the payment while checking in, after sometime it was cancelled saying no payment done. I have clearly asked your customer executive about this, from then i have been calling oyo and all of them puts my call on hold and cuts the call. How is this right? I have wasted my 2hrs on this, if your executive is unable to resolve then tell us you can't do it, we will find some other service. Extremely disappointed in the first booking itself. I mean placing on hold for 30 odd minutes and cutting the call? Are customers a joke to you? So much for your tagline.
