Hi, i had a booking on 24th december, 2018 in ni akbaro suites with booking id - kevy3168 but on reaching the hotel i was told in reception that my room got cancelled. I tried reaching out to customer care, but representatives were making fool of me keeping me online for transferring call and then disconnecting it.
I clearly remember few names like naveen, amit etc who attained my call.
This is my official complaint against the customer care executives of oyo rooms.
