Hi, this is jagadeesh, actually i booked a room and due to some issue like some problems they offered 10% booking amount refund, i requested to refund amount into my bank account, almost 1 month is over i didnt get any refund after i requeted to send money into oil wallet and executive said that you can use it next booking but am unable to use it and now they said that we cannot do any thing right now

Updated by Jagadeesh B16 Hi, This is Jagadeesh, actually i booked a room and due to some issue like some problems they offered 10% booking amount refund, i requested to refund amount into my bank account, almost 1 month is over, in these 1 month 3 time i raised a issue but they failed credit amount within time, i didnt get any refund after i requeted to send money into oyo wallet and executive said that you can use it next booking but now am unable to use it and it was showing not applicable and without using or if it not working means my money will waste i mean i will lost my money and now they said that we cannot do any thing right now
