Dear team,

With huge disappointment i am having to write to you as you guys truly managed to # up my wedding ceremony. It was my worst mistake ever to trust oyo to get the job done. But i should've known better.

I booked your oyo galaxy banquet hall for the 17th of june 2018 as the venue for my wedding. The manager there mr. Mukesh roy made huge promises during the booking and kept sweet talking me till the very day to assure me that everything will be done as promised. And as any human bring i trusted him with it. But on my wedding day i was hugely disappointed when even the basic things like ac for my guests was not taken care of. If any of you have any idea of how hot it gets in new dellhi mid june you will know what effect the no ac problem had on my wedding.
My guests left early (Most of them left without eating) since there was no ac.

Your guys (Tapan & harshit) called me on the very next day (18th june2018) of my wedding without any prior coordination because of which i had to explain them both my ordeal seperately; post which tapan told me that harshit will get back to me which never happened.
Today (30/06/18), i called harshit to check on the status and he had completely even forgotten about all this. I had to introduce myself to him and remind him on the phone who i was again; he told me that tapan is supposed to be taking care of this and not him. So i understood that they both are either not taking their jobs seriously or this is clearly a plan to make a fool out of me.
Now i understand why you guys charge the full payment before delivering cos you make fake promises and loot your customers.
Tapan on the phone clearly denied to disclose his capacity in the company today and kept making lame excuses for harsh and himself.
After screaming and shouting my frustration for 15 mins, tapan has told me that he will close this by monday (02/07/18). If now this is possible to close in 2 days, why has it been left pending for almost 2 weeks??? (Since 18th)???

Below mentioned are some of my expectations that were not met:
A) ac on the ground floow was not running throughout the event, it was shut down thrice for no reason and my guests had left by the time i finally got them to get it running again which was around 3 in the morning
B) mr. Mukesh roy, the mgr at the venue had left the building soon after 11pm, whereas, he was my only contact person for oyo and he was supposed to be there the whole night. Due to which i was left managing things in the middle of my wedding with noone to talk to.
C) mukesh told me that we could play the dj till 12. However, the dj was packed up withing 30 mins of my party reaching there. I had to call mukesh while he was stll there and get it playing again for 10 mins. After which neither the dj or mukesh was seen. That was the last of mukesh that i saw that night.
D) there was no 'havan kund' arranged for the manadap at all, and and i had to have my guests trying to arrange for one around 2 am in the morning.
E) the 'varmala' brought was of very cheap quality, when i had asked mukesh clearly that i want to see all those things before the wedding, which he kept stalling and never showed me.
F) some food items were stale and tasted really bad, i had asked for a food tasting from mukesh as well, which never happened. He offered me some snacks just one day out of some event that was alreaedy happening there, when i went to make some payment to him before my wedding; and even there the water i was served and clearly visible "dust and hair" in it
G) when it was made clear that there were 4 rooms booked for my guests at the hotel, then i dont know why the id's were asked from each and every guest separetely.

There are many other small things that i can get into but dont want to because if you are a company that values its customers and not just the money you guys take from them then the above mentioned points should be more than enough for you to take actions against all the culprits here and give me a compensation for this.
I will never get back the respect i lost in my guest's eyes at my wedding due to all these things that went wrong at my wedding, but maybe you can refund me the money i paid so i dont feel like i have been cheated, lied to and looted dealing with oyo. I hope someone will look into this quick and really hoping i wont have to take any legal action as it will cause me even more pain and trouble, so i hope i wont be forced to consider that as an option.
