Description :- i booked a room on 28/12/2018 through oyo app my booking it was prepaid (Means i payed money online same day), i went in hotel, booked hotel name is hotel merry gold (Oyo 23603 hotel merry gold), hotel person refused my booking because of my booking was prepaid. Dear sir, i felt disappointed with oyo service i went with my family (2 yesr old son), i was stand in front hotel gate at 5 am that time temperature 4 degree celsius you can felt it was horrible for me. After heard hotel person word my mind was black (Socked) he said you can't get room because of your booking is prepaid. I called same time at oyo customer care number [protected] they told sir now cancel your booking we will refund you money in your account and re book new. Money is not matter. Due to poor service this happened, than same time i booked room offline i payed 1200 nri. Who is responsible for this please take action with out any information this happened with me, oyo person they did't informed before. Was this information helpful? |
