Last minute changes to the booked hotel n harrsed us mentally while travelling.. When trying to escalte, the tele callers put us on hold n never transfer.. No solution provided by the senior teams as well.. This was the worst experience v had.. Will never recommend this to anybody. The rooms were worst.. No basic aminities as well. The customer care people or careless.. Worst behaviour
