Another time, they didn't even speak properly! I had multiple calls with oyo but every time they said that the call is being transferred to the concerned department, but the call was never transferred and i waited for more than 30mins on hold, but no response. And in one of the call, the call was interconnected with some other customer. Like seriously? We literally waited outside the hotel in the heat for almost 2 hours. We were already late with our tour schedule which was due to oyo's complete ignorance/ unresponsive attitude. Being frustrated and tired we had to check-in for the same unsatisfactory room. A real bad experience. Oyo this is complete fraud, you have to seriously look after this matter. The hotel staff himself said that he also complaint multiple times about the misleading
Pictures but oyo didn't care at all. What a shame for such a reputed company. Imagine the trouble we had to go at the end time during check-in when all other hotel prices were hiked as well. How is oyo gonna make up for the time and energy we lost for our tour? Was this information helpful? |
