Good evening,
Under the order number oxhl5098, i had booked a hotel in new delhi for 21st-22nd july, 2019. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our check in got delayed and we reached the hotel at 5:30 in the morning. The receptionist informs us that all rooms have been booked since the day before and multiple oyo customers have been sent back since the website still allows them to book rooms in this hotel. We then tried contacting oyo customer care multiple times and we kept being put on hold. After trying to contact them for 45 minutes at 6 in the morning, we had to leave and try an alternative place to stay.
After multiple calls, they finally agreed to refund the money. But due to multiple costs incurred by us in trying to find alternative accommodation and further transport, i request further complimentary services to be provided such as a complimentary stay in a city of our choice. Such service was not expected of such a renowned service and i would be wary to recommend oyo to anyone from now on.
