Oyo Rooms — Money is debited but booking id not generated

I paid 1720 Ruppes to oyo rooms on 24.05.2023 in dehradun.Money is debited from my bank account but booking not confirmed by Oyo.

I tried multiple times to report my problem.But my problem is not resolved by oyo customer care.

I have attached my payments proof below.

Oyo looted my money and customer care service is worst in oyo.They are doing nothing for customer not solving customer issue.I have payment proofs but u didn't get refund it's been one month.Never use this loot app
