I would like to ask for a refund for my paid bookings as the room that i booked was not available and oyo team also failed to check me in at another hotel nearby on the date 22 december 2018 - 23 december 2018. This refund also suggested by the team. I shall get refund of rm88.

I have sent an email to yours but i did not received any confirmation that you have noticed or take any action further for my refund. It has been three days that your team does not reply my email regarding this issue.
