[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — no refund after multiple contacts and promises by oyo managers.

I cancelled one booking and then i was promised that the refund would be processed within 24 to 48 hrs.. It didnt hapoen and then i contacted customer service no. I spoke to prashant k.. He said wait for 24 to 48 hrs.. It didnt happen and then i got a call from neha singh, then robin and then nishi.. She told me that 650 rs would be refunded now.. They all promised and say wait 24 to 48 hrs for refund.. This is going on and on.. I dont know what and how u guys work.. I even have emails where they promised all this..
