[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — no refund for room cancellation

I have booked four rooms through oyo app for 4 days from 06.11.2018 to 10.11.2918. But my father was in serious condition on those days. Because of this reason i can't avail the rooms. So i cancelled the room booking. But the restart management will not ready to repay the booking charge and also told to contact oyo for further move. I am ready to send even my father's discharge summary. Please consider my situation and do the needful.
