[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — no refund has been initiated.

I had booked a bali tour package in december 2018 and paid an advance of 10000 rupees on a condition that if i change my plans i will get full refund. Till today there is no refund. Shubham negi and ankush sharma had promised me the same and i have written proof of the same. The whole conversation is over emails. I called them at least 100 times but no response.
