[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — no room available in booked oyo hotel

My husband booked a room in oyo 12972 hotel krishna castle from 24th to 26th dec. By manoranjan hota name. But when we reached the hotel no rooms were vacant. Can you arrange a new room in near by location asap.
This is not accetable by oyo as after a long journey when we book a room for stay and its not available for which we have already paid. To whom i may concern this.
