I booked a room in ooty for two days (16-18 march). When i checked in, i didn’t find it appropriate as it was unhygienic. So, i called customer care. They said you look for another oyo hotel and we transfer the money to that hotel and also bear the cost if it is more.
It took 3hrs to get a room. I spoke to more than 10 customer care people, but still the money is not refunded. Please look into this matter
