[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — not following early check in policy

I was said in call with a customer support person of oyo that if i check in after 10am, there will be extra charge but rooms will be subject to availability. This is fine. I reached tourist krishna inn yesterday at 10:10am. There was a sticker saying it was 100% controlled by oyo but the staff (He was the hotel/room owner) charged me rs. 300 (30%) saying it’s 50% controlled by him. I want this reimbursed as this is a very blatant violation of the early check in policy of oyo.
