[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Not getting refund for a technical error on OYO side, Need a refund.

I tried to book a room through OYO rooms on 27/11/2020 at 12:10pm. The check in was scheduled at 29/11/2020 and payment was done. After the completion of payment the booking was reverted to 27/11/2020 itself. I contacted a customer service agent through chat(which was only available) and he asked me to cancel the booking and rebook for the required date. I cancelled the rooms at 12:22pm and no refund was issued from the OYO side. When enquired the agent told no refund can be provided since the cancellation was done after 9am on the same date of scheduled check in. I still don't understand how can i cancel a booking which was done after 12pm on 27/11/2020, before 9am on the same date(27/11/2020). My booking id was PSOJ5047. The payment of Rs 3186 was done through amazon pay. Now my hard earned money is lost due to a technical error from the OYO side. Kindly consider my issue and refund money on humanitarian grounds.
