I was supposed to check in the hotel paragon in delhi but there was a tariff issue with the hotel so they didn't allow me to check inn and my amount was pre paid and i have not been refunded the amount please do somthing regarding this and tell me i contacted your oyo helpline but no answer i got and this was not just with me but with other people also who were there please do something regarding it
