Today i booked hotel room through oyo aap in haridwar hotel radient worth ₹693/-
But suddenly i change my plan due to my health issues. Than i cancelled my booking but refund not credit after taking customer services he said no any refund to you is my booking rule. It's my request please refund my booking amount. That's i spend through paytm
