[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — offers offered not provided

I am Dr Pranil Bansal ([protected]), I made a hotel booking with oyo app (booking id - IAYC9267) on 22/03/19 for 3 rooms in hotel konark residency, malvan, maharastra.
My total booking amount was ₹5056/-.
I was offered and i opted for a wizard membership of ₹99/- which offered 5% discount on current booking i.e. ₹ 252/-.
My total amount payable now was ₹4902/- ( 5056 + 99 - 252).
In payment it gave a option to pay now and get 5% extra discount (i.e. ₹245) right now. So i made the payment through that link, amount deducted was ₹4657/[protected]. Note that the amount deducted was not in my control, i only allowed the payment, oyorooms decided the amount.
Now oyorooms is asking me to pay ₹399/- more, stating that i did not get any offers.

Booking date- 22/03/19
I opted for two offers :
1- wizard membership for ₹99 n get 5% off (₹252)
2- pay now and get 5% off (₹245)
My total booking amount before offer was ₹5056.
After offers it was ( +99, -252, - 245) = ₹4657
I made the payment and amount deducted was ₹4657 and booking was confirmed.

During checkin the hotel informed me that 399/- is due on this booking. I than rechecked in my oyo apps, my wizard membership was due n was not processed. I called customer care for resolving this issue. It took me 30-40 mins to understand that oyo customer care executive dont give a damn about what happened. He will take action only if i give him proof n present the screenshot or any recording of the offers displayed to me before booking. If i have it than they will do the needful otherwise just go away as nothing as happened because nobody can prove it without screenshots.
I reminded him multiple times, i am a customer and some technical issue has happened during this booking, kindly resolve it and if you cant than divert me to someone who has the power to resolve this. But the only reply i got was 'provide the screenshot to prove it or it has not happened you are lying about it'. And nobody in oyorooms can do anything about it. I told him that if you cant solve the technical issues occuring in your own system, than i have to find someone who can. As this is a clear case of fraud and cheating. I was displayed a certain amount before booking and the same amount was deducted through payment, than after booking was done oyo is asking for ₹399 more.
I even gave them option to cancel this deal, as this is not the deal i finalised with oyo. But they said refund is not possible on same date in their system. And i have to pay extra for the same thing on the same booking because oyo cant care or trust its customers.

I made the payment of ₹399 at the time of checkout.

My issue with oyorooms is at multiple levels. Firstly i want to state that this whole issue is not monetary. It is about the concent and trust.
1. Oyorooms should only display offers that it intent and has the power to provide. Displaying offers only to lure customers is not a ethical.
2. Suppose if some technical issue has occured and it is not a routine practice of oyo, than oyo should provide proper customer care support and executives should have some powers to resolve this type of technical issues. Rather than repeatedly asking for proof / screenshots.
3. If legally customers should have screenshots of every steps taken in oyorooms, than it means either oyorooms has some false intentions or it can not be trusted to handle anything related to money.
4. Quick and efficient solution was to immediately correct the technical issue the time i contacted customer care during the check in process. But they were on different phase. They dont give a damn about the issue i have faced. Their response was provide screenshots ( as if one should know that oyo is a cheater and you will need this afterwards) or else pay the extra amount.
5. I was on a family trip with my parents and a small child. I have wasted so much time and energy to explain the oyo executive my concerns. At the end of the conversation, i was extremely disappointed and frustrated with oyorooms. I cant cancel and get refund due to oyo policies. If i continue the current booking i had to pay ₹399 more, which was totally unfair.
Had to search for consumer forums n other sites to raise my concerns about the issue i faced. It has caused me tremendously mental stress that cant be compensated with any monetary amount.
On a family trip i was literally struggling with oyo to solve the technical issue occured in oyo's system, for which oyo was not even bothered about.
6. I dont want this type of cheating / frauds to continue with anyone else. Oyo is not bothered about this issue. It is apparent that it is letting this things to happen to make profit out of it. But my ethics dont allow me to let oyo go after doing such things with me or anybody else in future.
7. I got mail from oyo that it is providing me ₹399 on my future bookings. But i have no intent of dealing with the fraud company in future. In the deal, i paid for wizard membership and got discounts at that time.
But after all the mental stress and inconveniences faced by me, i dont have any interest in oyorooms. I have lost my faith in oyo.
I want my money to be transferred back to the source account. You can only pay back the fraud money you charged me with. Oyo cant compensate me for the amount of mental stress it has caused me through all this.
8. As you guys have forced me, i have also raised my concerns in consumer forum. You guys think you can do anything in the name of your internal system. If your internal system is not allowing you to solve your technical issues, someone should be able to solve it.

I hope this elaboration is enough for raising my concerns regarding oyorooms system and customer support. If oyo can introspect and take corrective measures, it will benefit other future customers.

As for me, i want my money to be transferred back to my account. As it was not for oyo to use, i should have liberty to use it as my will goes.
It is only to assure that i dont get monetary loss in the deal i booked with oyo.
But oyo cannot compensate for the terrible experience i went through in all this. And it will be very hard for me to trust oyorooms again.

Dear oyorooms,
As i have mentioned in my detailed elaboration (if you have read it), i dont have any intentions to use your services in the future.
If you truely want to rectify this issue, transfer my money to the source account. You dont have any right to use my money for so long.
