[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — our stay in hotel crystal inn, lucknow

Hi, we stayed in hotel crystal inn lucknow on 17th night. Hotel was booked by my brother in law and payment was already done, so we have no option but to stay there.
1. Locality of hotel is very pathetic. Garbage was here n there at hotel nearby.
2. Bedsheets wasn't changed and were dirty.
3. Blankets we're smelling badly.
4. Washroom wasn't clean and latch got broken when i tried to lock it.
5. Most disgusting was complimentary breakfast, only toast was available and that too was of poor quality with poor tea.
What is the criteria of oyo rooms for selection of hotels???
I faced similar situation last year in june month at nanital oyo rooms but i didn't complaint it.
