On 20 april i tried to book a room using oyo. The first time i did it everything went through even my upi app showed payment success but on oyo it didn’t show up. I tried again and the same thing happened again.
Tried calling oyo customer care and they said they will arrange a callback but haven’t received any callback yet.
I an now stuck with rs. 7000 deducted and even not able to book the room.
Why should we consumers face problems due to these glitches?
This instance makes me reconsider using online payments methods or using even oyo at all.
Very bad experience and not expected from a company like oyo.
Let’s see if i will get the money back or it’s gone for ever.
