I booked a hotel through oyo for 16/12/18 in kolkata. My booking was confirmed by oyo. But when i reached the hotel, they said that they don't have tie up with oyo anymore and refused to provide me a room. I contacted oyo for assistance and the non-sense creature there, tells me that he will provide me a room in another hotel which is 10kms far away. All this happens at midnight! Is this the way you behave with your customers at the point of time when almost every place is closed???
It cost me more than rs.700/- to reach the hotel from the airport and at the end i don't get a room!! No valuable support... At the end, i had to manage to find another place on my own. Learn to behave with your customers, oyo!!
And you should provide me my money back which i wasted on reaching the hotel!! Take the necessary action as soon as possible.
