I have always booked rooms via oyo and have been satisfied. I am also a wizard member. Recently i had booked oyo 3066 d2 holiday inn at model beach, puri and was really disappointed by their service provided. None of the rooms that we booked were ready during our check in time, though we checked in after the time provided. They did not change the bed sheets, towel, blankets etc., nor were the attached bathrooms cleaned. They refused to clean them, even when we asked them to. Any small issue we faced took hours and hours of time to get solved. This was moreover due to the insufficient number of staff working there. How can only two people be employed in a three storey building? They should engage more staff accordingly. Not only us, there were several other boarders who complained of their harrassment and all being of the same opinion that oyo 3066 does not deserve the oyo tag.
