I had confirmed oyo booking at oyo 39479 gaffino's beach resort and when i reached there i was told they don't accept oyo bookings so can't give me room.
I called customer care and they tried to search another hotel, but the available hotels were either of higher value and we're far away. The calls got disconnected thrice with the customer care. The refund was initiated after struggling for 2 hours.
Shweta from escalations team told me she will call back after checking hotels but never called back.
If i didn't get what oyo promisedoyo can't get away by just refunding that amount to me because then burden is on me to book new property at the highest rate as it'll be of current date. They should arrange for a property without any additional amount from us.
Also, taking strict actions against such properties is a must.. The guy at reception told me he has denied more than 50 people in past 20 days and still this property gets listed on oyo.. Why? Was this information helpful? |
