There manager called me today saying the rates have changed and and now I have to pay 40000 extra ?? Is this some kind of joke ??! Is this how your hotels treat the clients ??!
My team of 10 people are arriving tomorrow morning at 8am. This is extortion. why should I pay more after paying the full payment in advance. This is a very unethical practice and it is unacceptable. I made this booking through OYO with great trust and this is my first experience with OYO and I expect the OYO team to resolve this issue internally with the hotel. It's not fair to harass customers who pay complete payment in advance with great trust. Kindly respond
